Cari’s natural foray into real estate began as a family affair. Her father, visionary Toronto developer Eddie Cogan (SkyDome, Square One Shopping Mall), introduced Cari to the family’s commercial real estate development and management business - Cogan Corporation - where Cari worked for over 10 years.

At Cogan Corporation, Cari learned firsthand the value of bringing people and properities together based on strong, personal and trusting relationships. That entry point paved the way for a real estate career spanning more than 30 years and counting.

Since 2020, working initially from the Forest Hill Real Estate Spadina office and more recently Yorkville, Cari has generated a significant sales record and earned multiple awards in residential real estate.

Cari executes sales of luxury homes and leverages her development background for the sale of pre-construction condo and townhome projects.

Spending the past 35 summers in Muskoka, Cari has developed a deep appreciation of what Muskoka has to offer as both a place to live and love. Having travelled the many lakes, bays and rivers of Muskoka, Cari is well aware of what each has to offer.
